"In the 21st century, the best anti-poverty program is a world-class education" - President Barack Obama

Welcome to the STEM Gateway Program!  At the University of New Mexico, we are committed to improving the way that we teach science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) courses in order to empower more Hispanic and low-income students to achieve their STEM career goals.

This website provides an overview of our initiatives.  I encourage you to subscribe to our blog to receive regular updates and announcements regarding our exciting STEM Gateway activities, resources and services.  To do so, simply submit your email address in the "FOLLOW BY EMAIL" box in the left column.
